School Improvements

You will be aware of our plans for major external redevelopments to the school and that our three-phase project is now well underway.
The summer holidays saw the refurbishment of the Victorian roof over Maple classroom and the library and the flat roof works over Sycamore class and the old admin offices will be completed during the October half term.
Phase-Two, the construction of our new spacious playground located at the edge of the school field and new pedestrian school entrance will commence in early November.
At the start of this term we were delighted to receive planning approval for Phase-Three of our project, the construction of a bus pull-in. The new bus pull-in will allow the safe transfer of pupils arriving at and leaving school by bus and taxi and will ensure that school transport does not impede the traffic flow and cause congestion outside the school site. We anticipate that this work will commence in late December and be completed by early February 2014.
